CEXTEC Network of Excellence

CEXTEC has one of its main lines of action in the creation of a network of excellence in employment aimed at articulating collaborative initiatives that facilitate innovation, increase productivity and generate quality jobs. Turning Compostela into a city with the capacity to attract and retain talent requires the participation of all economic and social agents, so it is necessary to establish collaborative networks that favor the transfer of knowledge and the promotion of common initiatives.

The activities of the CEXTEC network aim to promote innovation in talent management and improve productivity and employment in the city. From this perspective, the potential range of network actions is very wide and diverse, always open to the initiatives of the network members and the priorities proposed at any given time.

Adhesion to the network and forms of participation

To be part of the CEXTEC network, the only requirement is to be a company / institution / entity interested or sensitized with innovation in talent management to improve the labor market in Santiago de Compostela.

Associated organizations can always voluntarily acquire different degrees of participation in the network according to their needs or availability. Therefore, it is possible from a participation that is limited to the monitoring and monitoring of network activities (participation in conferences, training activities, surveys on talent topics, etc.) to a closer collaboration, ratified if necessary by agreement, resulting in the development of specific innovation projects in talent management that favor job creation and greater productivity.

The members of the Network of Excellence will have visibility with such condition on the web and in the various publications linked to CEXTEC.

In addition, communication channels will be established based on the coordination of CEXTEC to periodically report on the various news, activities and initiatives that arise within the network.
